Fulfilled by Pacific First Aid

Thank you for shopping with Collingwood Pharmacy. While your order is placed through our pharmacy, all products are fulfilled and shipped by Pacific First Aid, and your returns will also be processed directly through them.

FREE Returns Within 30 Days:

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to Pacific First Aid's warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. If more than 30 days have passed, you can still return your item within 60 days of the purchase date for a Pacific First Aid account credit equal to the original purchase amount.

Returns Conditions:

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Products must be in the same condition as when received.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Easy Return Process:

Returns are processed by Pacific First Aid and typically completed within 72 hours of receipt.

• Refunds (within 30 days) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Store credits (31–60 days) will be issued to your Pacific First Aid account.
• Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 2–10 business days to post.

Final Sale for COVID-19 Related Products: 

For safety and hygiene reasons, all COVID-19-related items are final sale. This includes masks, rapid tests, and other PPE. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
