The test consists of ten (10) multiple choice\/essay type questions. These tests are graded and returned to the trainees and then reviewed to ensure understanding.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA minimum score of 70% is required to pass this phase of the program.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003ePhase 3 – Practical Training (8 Hrs*)\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePhase 3 is hands-on portion of the program where the trainees are shown the pre-use inspection, safe operating procedures and parking\/shut-down procedures. They are then given the opportunity to practice under the helpful eye of the program instructor.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cem\u003e*Time may vary. Eight hours for Beginner Operator Program.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003ePhase 4 – Practical Evaluation (30 minutes per trainee*)\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn Phase 4, trainees are assessed as having reached a minimum skill level and are individually evaluated using a Forklift in a reasonably challenging course (site specific). Following the evaluation, trainees are debriefed and given the opportunity to address any issues they may have regarding any phase of the program.
